Dwyer Engineering has done boiler plant improvements, chiller replacements, electrical upgrades, condo conversions, and water and sewer piping for Borger Management since 1988. We've worked on garden apartments, high rise buildings, condo conversions and energy audits for clients throughout the mid-Atlantic.

How Dwyer Helps With Multi-Family

We understand apartment systems from voice alarms and control panels for multiple connected buildings, to upgrading an 8" copper domestic water main serving 800 occupied units, to converting old steam systems to stacked condenser water units.

In addition, we have done MPE design for Leed Certified apartment projects, like Gables of Takoma Park. We are a USGBC member firm and we understand green buildings and green budgets, and we work hard to make both greens work.
