• Apartments - We have worked on the renovation of many apartment buildings in downtown Washington: condo conversions, chiller replacements, electrical upgrades, and new high-rise apartment buildings.

 

• Grocery & Retail - We have done Giant Food and Stop & Shop Stores for over 15 years. We have also done MPE plans for retail centers managed by JBG Rosenfeld, Rappaport Properties, AJ Dwoskin, Saul Centers and others.

 

• Restaurants - We have helped to roll out over 150 restaurants for Outback Steakhouse, helping them build one of the most successful chains in the US. We have also helped Au Bon Pain, Bertucci's, Bonefish, Carrabba's, McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday and others.

 

• Offices and Other work - Our MPE plans have ranged from high-tech office buildings with 24/7 server rooms and cyber cafes to sensitive renovations of historic buildings.
