We have worked on a wide range of apartment buildings in downtown
Washington, from total renovations on high-rises, to condo conversions,
chiller replacements, electrical upgrades, and new LEED certified
apartment buildings. |

Grocery & Retail - We have done Stop & Shop Stores for over 20 years,
as well as Harris Teeter and Safeway stores. We have also done
MPE plans for retail centers managed by JBG Rosenfeld, Rappaport
Properties, AJ Dwoskin, Saul Centers and others. |

Renovations and Offices
- We have provided engineering to the Pentagon, high-tech office
buildings with 24/7 server rooms, charter schools, and buildings on the National Historic Registry.
We have done troubleshooting, energy audits and renovations on a wide range of buildings. |

Restaurants
- We have heped to roll out over 300 restaurants for Outback
Steakhouse, helping them build one of the most successful chains in the
US. We have also helped Au Bon Pain, Bertucci's, Bonefish, Carrabba's,
McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday and others. |
