Dwyer Engineering provides mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection engineering for buildings. We have design teams that concentrate on grocery, multi-family, office, restaurant, and retail projects. From our offices in Leesburg, Virginia, and Burtonsville, Maryland, we have done drawings for sites from Florida to Arizona to New England.

We listen to the client and work with the architect and contractor to ensure that a building works well for its owners and tenants. We study equipment, study a site, take over problems and produce buildable designs that create comfortable, manageable space.
